We integrate Telegram with OpenCart and ocStore: from simple new order notifications to a full Telegram bot with status management and customer replies.
Integration is implemented via Telegram Bot API without third-party services. Bot token and chat_id are configured in the OpenCart admin panel. We support multiple recipients per event (e.g., manager and director receive different notifications).
