Description
Manual entry of products, prices and stock simultaneously in the accounting system and the online store is a constant source of errors and wasted time. OpenCart synchronisation with 1C, BAS or CRM automates this process: changes in the accounting system are reflected on the site automatically, and new store orders reach the CRM without manual transfer.
We design and implement integrations between OpenCart and accounting systems taking your business specifics into account: nomenclature structure, warehouse logic, pricing rules.
What We Synchronise
- Products and nomenclature: names, descriptions, categories, attributes
- Prices and price lists: different prices for different customer groups
- Stock by warehouse: one or multiple warehouses in one store
- Orders: new order transfer to 1C/CRM, status updates
- Counterparties and buyers: customer data synchronisation
Technical Implementation
Depending on the system we use CommerceML for 1C, BAS API, or REST API for CRM. Integration can operate in real time via webhook or on a schedule (every N minutes). We configure an exchange log and error notifications.
