Cloudflare is one of the most popular CDN and protection platforms for online stores. It accelerates static resource loading via a global server network and protects against DDoS and malicious bots. But incorrect Cloudflare configuration can cause conflicts: incorrect caching of dynamic pages, POST request issues or SSL errors.
We configure Cloudflare for OpenCart and ocStore taking CMS specifics into account: caching rules, Page Rules for admin panel, correct SSL in Full Strict mode.
After Cloudflare connection issues sometimes arise: cart page caching (buyer sees another customer cart), WAF blocking legitimate POST requests, client IP address problems in logs. We configure correctly from the start.
